I work with people to help them make meaningful and specific changes in their lives. The people I work with have often been stuck for years - sometimes decades - ​before we work together, ​I also often help people who have tried conventional routes of help without getting the results they want.

​I do lots of work helping people ​get over various forms of ​anxiety or fear - for example, social anxiety, panic attacks and phobias - and I also work with depression and stopping habits.
